To make this simple summer salad (no cooking required!) just gather:
- 2-4 cups of zucchini noodles, like Cece's Veggie Noodle Co.
- 2-4 cups fresh greens of choice
- 2 oz biltong
- 1 small pint of blackberries
- 2-4 Tbsp Tessemae's Lemon Garlic dressing
- 1/4 cup cashews or raw nuts of choice
Combine all of the ingredients and dig in!
