We're so confident you'll love our biltong snacks that you can try them risk-free.
In the rare event that you're not satisfied with our products, please contact hello@brooklynbiltong.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Due to the nature of our products, we handle replacements on a case-by-case basis and are committed to great taste and providing our customers with a positive experience.
Please have the following available when you contact us to expedite your request:
You have the right to request a chargeback, however we recommend reaching out to us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a chargeback.
Brooklyn Biltong does not take responsibility for delivery or damaged package issues after proof of sound delivery from the courier company. If you need any assistance with filing a claim, please reach out to our customer service team. They would be happy to help!
We do our best to ensure every order and snack lives up to our high-quality, manufacturing standards. Our team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
Our standard replacement policy does not apply to all items. Below are products that cannot be replaced:
In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 2 business days before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal or by emailing hello@brooklynbiltong.com.
We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
